By placing your order, you are deemed to have understood, consented and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions:

PLACEMENT OF ORDER AND PAYMENT

A. Grazing Tables

To secure a booking, a 50% deposit is required. This secures the date and time of your event. The full payment of the remaining balance shall be made seven (7) business days prior to your  event. Payments for the non-refundable deposit and balance may be made either credit card (2% processing fee), bank transfer or in person at the supplier’s business address. 

All grazing table bookings require seven (7) days prior notice. 

B. Platter Boxes & Platter Boards

To confirm an order, full payment of the order is required via credit card, bank transfer or in person at the supplier’s business address. Box and board orders must be made at least twenty-fours (24) hours prior to the intended time of delivery. 

It is, however,  possible for an order to be made and delivered on the same day subject to availability and without prejudice to additional charges. To do this, you must note in your enquiry that it is a ‘last minute’ order. Payment may be made upon pick up or delivery.

CANCELLATIONS

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your order or booking, cancellation is required at least seven (7) days prior to your event for grazing tables and forty-eight (48) hours prior to the delivery/pickup for  platter box or board, otherwise the entire amount paid shall be forfeited. If a cancelled is made seven (7) days or more prior to your event, a change of date, store credit or full refund is available.

DELIVERY AND PICKUP

Orders are available for pickup at Malvern.

Deliveries are made within a 35km radius and shall be charged delivery fee depending on the distance.

CONSUMPTION / NON-LIABILITY FOR RISK 

All products must be consumed within three (3) hours after the grazing table has been set up or from the delivery of platter box / board pursuant to existing government rules and regulations.

Consumption of said products beyond the said period shall be at your own risk. 

Platter & Boe shall not be liable  for any resulting damage, injury or sickness whatsoever, whether remote or proximate, for failure to consume the same within said period or for the customer’s failure to  take health, safety  and hygienic  measures in the consumption and handling thereof.
