Please note we do not offer returns or refunds due to change of mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your item arrives faulty (damaged in transit) please contact us immediately with images of your product. We will then run you through our return/refund process.
We are based in and ship from our Melbourne warehouse. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and current delivery times are 2-5 days.
Once your order is packed and sent off for delivery you will receive an email notification.
Delivery prices start at $15 and are calculated on the weight of your package.
WE OFFER FREE PICKUP FROM CRANBOURNE WEST. If you wish to pick up your order please select ‘pickup’ at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready to be picked up with our warehouse address.
P&B is not responsible for delayed shipping, as soon as your order leaves our warehouse it is out of our control. Please allow extra time for public holidays and the holiday season.
